Daily Photo Tour - Between Boardwalk and Sky
This picture came minutes after a storm began to clear. The warmth of the sun was quick to dry the boardwalk. The clouds broke quickly in all kinds of interesting textures and varying speeds. It was easy to be mesmerized by the scene, which strongly reminded me of one of the beautiful billboards over by Screamin'. I never grow tired of the atmosphere of Paradise Pier. What's not to love about a nod to the beachside amusement parks of yore?

Disneyland Cast Members
If we haven't made it clear, we are huge fans of Disneyland Cast Members. Many of them are amazing and many of our most memorable experiences at the Park have come from a delightful conversation with a Cast Member. Walt knew their importance when he said that it takes people to make the magic happen. Remember that next time you're in the park and make some time to chat with one of Disney's friendly faces. We promise it will be worth it!
Daily Photo Tour - By the Sea
Sunset at Paradise Pier is one of the loveliest things at the Disneyland Resort. Walking along the boardwalk, you can feel the wood give just a little underfoot and hear a reverberating thump from the hollow beneath. Paradise Bay dances with reflections of its surroundings. The sun glistens off the glass and golden spires of Ariel's Grotto. The only thing missing is the salty air. There you are, by the sea, the beautiful sea.

Daily Photo Tour - The Boardwalk Grotto
Summer can't seem to come quickly enough and nothing says Summer quite like Paradise Pier. It's one of my favorite places to be, especially for watching the sun go down. A beautiful gradient fills the western sky as a warm breeze gently kisses your face. The lights of the pier slowly come up to meet the setting sun and glisten across the boardwalk. Ariel's Grotto is a perfect vantage point for taking it all in.
