Daily Photo Tour - Evening Reflections

It's easy to get into the park with all kinds of plans and ideas for the day. The problem is achieving those plans and ideas around thousands of other people whose plans don't usually coincide with yours. The solution is, quite often, to slow down and relax. This was definitely one of those times.

The park was very crowded. The smartest, most fulfilling thing to do was to take a break. We decided to stop here in the pathway between the Hub and Frontierland, which is sandwiched between two expanses of a pond. If you spend much time near any body of water at the resort, you know that water fowl seem to be ubiquitous there. So most of the time the water surface is far from being "glass" and getting pictures with good, clean reflections is out of the question. This was not one of those times. We were able to take this moment in, and I was able to take this shot, only moments before another duck came paddling through.
