Daily Photo Tour - The Blue Bayou
The Blue Bayou opened on this day, forty-four years ago. Alongside Pirates of the Caribbean, it changed New Orleans Square and Disneyland. Not only does it offer fine dining in a theme park, but it does so in the atmosphere and presence of one of greatest rides of all time for a truly unique and magical experience. Happy anniversary Blue Bayou!

What a stunning photo. I love eating at the Blue Bayou for exactly the reasons you said - the atmosphere, the presence, the magic that is Disneyland. Keep 'em coming you guys! I look forward to your images every day.
Thank you so much Somer! We will certainly keep them coming. We really appreciate you taking a moment to comment. :)
My bff and our husbands ate at the BB for the first time ever a couple weeks ago. It was amazing and I was so hoping you would have a great photo for the scrapbook I'm going to make her to commemorate the day. This is wonderful! I'm so excited to see this picture. Great work Matthew.
gorgeous photo of such a great place!!!
@ Jennie - Thank you! That is very cool. I'm glad we had something for you to help remember the occasion. :)
@ Anonymous - Thank you very much!
Awesome as always, how about posting a pic of the Bayou and the cabins in HDR?
Thank you! I did take a picture of the cabins that night. Not sure I got what I wanted but maybe I will try working on it. Thanks for the suggestion!
I'm hoping my son & daughter take me to BB when I come to visit them in L.A. in a couple weeks. I love seeing your awesome photos! I can spend hours looking at them & reading the descriptions!
This is fantabulous - I cannot even imagine how you were able to get this one. You definitely captured the ambiance of this restaurant. I can almost taste the Monte Cristo looking at this!
