Daily Photo Tour - Row, Row, Row, Your Canoe

The Rivers of America, midday, during the summer, brings back some of the most vivid memories of being at Disneyland as a kid. The refreshing spray of the water as you canoe, the cool wind in your hair as you sail, and the smell of clam chowder breezing through the air as you cruise passed the New Orleans facade, just to name a few. But most importantly the feeling of being somewhere else. When you trek back into the wilderness along the Rivers of America, you don't even feel like you are in Disneyland. It is like a dream within a dream; very similar to the movie, "Inception." When you enter Disneyland, you leave reality. And when you leave the docks in Frontierland, you suddenly float away into a world that allows you to forget about the bustling crowds at Disneyland, and relax in a world immersed in adventure.

I love this! I've been going to Disneyland off and on for 28 years and we finally rode the canoes for the first time last summer! It was really fun.

I love the canoes! No one ever wants to ride them because they take work. :(
