Daily Photo Tour - The Feeling of Christmas

The warmth of Christmas is something I will always remember. It's shown visibly in the lavish decorations that we hang throughout the month. It's smelled in the air while we bake away the day in the kitchen. For some of us, it's tasted in the form of peppermint, gingerbread cookies, or a relative's famous Christmas dish. It's heard in the form of bells, chimes, flutes, strings, and the classic melodies of Perry Como, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Doris Day, Gene Autry, The Chipmunks, and Charlie Brown, just to name a few (or the best). And more importantly it's felt in the time we spend with our family and friends. It's the moments you get to stop and just talk with your great grandma. It's the moments you spend catching up with your brothers and sisters. It's the funny and embarrassing events that are created from family dynamics. It's the time reminiscing of Christmas moments passed. Don't let this year just fly by. It's not Thanksgiving yet, but Christmas is on its way. Figure out why Christmas feels the way it does. You won't be disappointed.
