Daily Photo Tour - Extra Extra Read All About It!

Extra Extra Read All About It!!! Buena Vista Street comes alive with the performance of the Red Car News Boys. This unique and striking act will immediately catch your attention as the News Boys file off of the Red Car Trolley and onto the streets of Buena Vista.

Have you ever wondered where this phrase came from? "Extra Extra read all about it!" News boys would stand on the street corner selling newspapers to the masses. The newspaper company would print regular edition papers for the beginning of the day. When news broke, and something big happened, an extra edition was quickly published and printed so the new stories spread quickly. This chant grew like wildfire catching the attention of many passer by's when there was breaking news. If you're looking for something that will catch your own attention, head out to California Adventure where you'll be able to experience this unique part of American culture yourself!

Incredible picture! Wow! This is one of my favorites from you guys. The facial expressions and the gestures of the Cast Members are perfect. They look so natural and authentic. You couldn't have captured a better shot. Add in the coloring and the way you edited the picture, and it's just a stunning work of art. One of my favorites from you guys, and that's saying something, because your work always manages to amaze me.

P.S. Thanks for sharing the history behind the origins of that phrase! :)
