Daily Photo Tour - Wonder into the Future
Something about this banner caught my eye the other day as the three of us were walking around the Innoventions Platform looking for some interesting sunset vantage points. Right as I walked by, the Matterhorn snuck right behind this little girl. Shots like these usually confuse me or don't make sense, but something happened and I decided I should take it. The elements seemed to line up nicely. I love Tomorrowland during sunset. It seems to inhabit the feeling of exploring the unknown, branching out and discovering new technologies, and letting the imagination wonder into the future.

As much as I miss the Swiss Family Robinsons' Treehouse, I have to admit Disney did a wonderful job with Tarzan's. It really pays to take your time exploring as you climb your way through the tree. Attention is given to every detail and there are plenty of treasures waiting to be discovered.

Daily Photo Tour - A Blizzard on the Rivers of America
There is always something to look at in Disneyland, something amazing. As a photographer, its pretty much sensory overload. One of the most magical moments at Disneyland during Christmas is the snow moment. I never get tired of hearing everyone, almost in unison, "Oooo" and "Ahhh" when the snow suddenly begins to fall. Its pretty awesome. As I was walking along the river one night, the fireworks had just ended, and of course, the snow began to fall. I stopped where I was. The light from one of the enormous Fantasmic pillars shined down illuminating the snow just right. In the distance stood the Mark Twain. I was not prepared at all for such a difficult shot. I decided I would come back another night to try my take at the snowy angle on the Rivers of America. I did, and the result is what you see! Even though this picture captures just a glimpse of a first snowfall, I hope its something you can enjoy while you wait for your next trip to the Disneyland Resort, or a moment to evoke memories of your first snow.

Long after children have gone to bed, and restaurants have served their last meal for the night, Downtown Disney enters a stark stillness. It remains illuminated, with all its vibrant and whimsical charm. The air just seems more clear. These moments are brief, however, because Disney quickly gets to work preparing another magical day. But those moments of early morning hours are magical themselves.
